Kitchen
Everyone needs to eat! One of the first things we talk about in the morning meeting is who is going to help in the kitchen. With a loving discipline, Miss Bernice Odom runs the kitchen with an iron spoon. Mornings are busiest with preparing for a coffee break at 10am. Lunch is served at 11:30. The kitchen staff also serves a coffee break at 1:45. Special projects include making baked goods for special events.
